Need a New Phone: Recommendations?

Ok, So I wanna get a new phone, not looking to spend more than £350

I need it to have:

- Net access
- Good amount of memory
- Preferably good camera
- Touchscreen would be nice


....any suggestions?

I've got the Samsung Innov8, got it a few months ago and I think it's really good. It has 16GB (8GB internal and 8GB MicroSD card, though you can get one with 16GB internal) and an 8Mpx camera. It can browse the web via PAYG or can connect via a WiFi connection if you know the details.

Plenty of apps like GPS, instant access into google/gmail, a Smart Reader (take a picture of a page with text and it'll make it into a notepad document), Microsoft Office abilities, built in dictionary & converter (temperature, distance, weight, etc etc) and all that.

It's still £375 on amazon, but I managed to get one on Ebay in perfect condition for £100 delivered. Worth a look.

(PS: It's no got the best of batteries but none of these 'Smart Phones' do really..)

Ive got a Sony Vivaz... wasnt to sure on it at first as hadnt had touchscreen or anything too complicated before but now ive got used to it I love it & the pics/vids are awesome on it!
