    The iPhone IS overpriced. I have a Nokia 5800 which does everything I could possibly need and it was free. It's not even that great a phone but an iPhone wouldn't be any better for me... I could download some pointless apps, wow, and it has a worse camera (and the camera on my phone sucks). Plus I'd have to be on a more expensive contract... takes the piss that companies charge more for an iPhone contract with the same usage allowances.

    I'm not saying they're bad, but they are overpriced.
