Navigator: Tom Paris
Science officer: Data
Security chief: Odo
Engineering chief: Scotty (narrowly beating La Forge)
Chief medical officer: Julian Bashir

Comms officer: Jadzia Dax, extra fighting ability on the bridge
Navigator: Tom Paris, allegedly the best pilot in Starfleet
Science officer: Data, he's a feckin android! i'd maybe give him Seven as his assistant.
Security chief: Worf, a manly and valiant beard
Engineering chief: Miles O'Brien, handy in a scrap as well as a great engineer. I considered the genius of Barclay for this role but he's as useful in a fight as a gentle breeze.
Chief medical officer: Julian Bashir, genetically enhanced uber doctor and ladies' man.
I would also want some non-starfleet personnel to be part of the crew to add toughness and resourcefulness. They would be Odo, Kira and Garak.
Clearly, Quark would run the bar.
I am loving the crew based on fighting!!
