Broken Leg/ Screwed Over by "Friend"
So, Saturday night I fell down the stairs in my house, breaking my ankle. I had surgery Sunday morning to fix it, and just got out of hospital now....to find my "friend" who I share a house with, has complained to the landlord enough to get me evicted, because he thinks I'm "a liability".
So now I have a broken left ankle and no home
That sucks man, you should talk to your landlord, that isn't on that he is letting another occupant persuade him that you're a 'liability', simply tell him that the other guy is just as bad and has never complained to you.. Or just burn the whole place down.

How close a friend is this guy? Sounds like not very... can you kick his ass?

If you do get kicked out then keep a key, find out when that guy goes on holiday, get into his room and put some fish under the floorboards, plant cress in his carpet etc

I've known the guy about 4 years; I've lent him money, backed him up when he's got on the wrong side of people and they've wanted to kick his ass and been there for him time after time.
He's wanted the house to himself for ages, I've found out, and has been trying to find a way to get me out.
Basically the landlord is an old friend of his, however I have spoken to the landlord and the landlord is apparently "not impressed" with him, I'm going to speak to the landlord later today.
I reckon I could kick his ass, but with my leg all messed up right now; I doubt I could do much at the minute...plus he's the kind of guy who'd go straight to the police.
