Can anyone recommend a boxing club or gym in or around Cardiff please? Ideally with training times and days.

How many you got there? Any one welcome to come along? Looking for a place I can train at and box, although ideally im looking to do it 3-5 times a week

plenty there mate,all welcome,boxing part of gym always free mate,classes are done downstairs.

take it easy on me though been trying to get back into kyokushin but my knees cant take it no more, and i remember how fit i got when i used to box!
