    A lot of the bouts go the distance, as strikes can get pointless and no headshots

    yes mate, but its great experience non the less.

    For me, I hate being on the ground, hate it hate it hate it. I lost my first bouts too, arm bar and guilotene. but its vital experience i suppose,
    I don't believe in belts. There should be no ranking system for toughness.

    as they say, we all start standing up, but will go to the floor at some point, so it highlights my/your weaknesses on the floor, or takedown defences, if you havent given it a go yet, do it, you wont regret it!

    Brum Sept 11th is the next one
