Default Susan Falls not guilty of killing her husband Rodney

    Check this out..

A jury in the Australian city of Brisbane took only 90 minutes to find Susan Falls not guilty of killing her husband Rodney, because they believed he had been violent and abusive to her.

Not sure she would have been quite so lucky in the UK...

A woman who shot her husband dead but was cleared of both murder and manslaughter has described how she drugged his food then with both hands shaking, "lined it up and fired".

"It was like, full bottle of sleeping tablets, two bullets to the head and he's still breathing.

They "believed" he had been violent and abusive? "believed"???, whereas they KNEW she'd planned to kill him, cause she admitted it.

I despise domestic violence, and if an abused partner instinctively picks up a weapon to defend themselves and it results in the death of the abusive partner; then there can be an arguement for their case.

However, this woman clearly thought about killing her husband in advance, it was pre-meditated murder by it's very definition.

She wouldn't get that leniency in any self respecting legal system.

    It was quite clearly pre-meditated.
also if he was so abusive why are there not any records of going to hospital. from another article it says he was 220lbs, if he started beating her full power she'd be broken. Also if she was so controlled how did she find $5000 to buy a gun without him realising?

I don't agree with domestic violence in any way but if you look at the evidence it seems to me as if she is making this up to get out of being sent down...

I dont get how the 3 guys that helped her dump the body got away with it... also why didnt she just call the cops after she shot him rather than hide his body ?
