Yeah, I don't think that wearing non mma shorts ot whatever makes me a syupid kid. I'm too old to be that dumb anyway, and my diet is pristine. A generic pair of t shirts and shorts will more than suffice for my first session.

Toilets with no soap, comunal gloves, lifting weights (most guys don't wash their hands) don't wanna catch a cold an shit. Just got over food poisoning. You just tip a little on your hands, rinse in well and it drys well quick. No hassle and you know ya hands are clean. Not a big deal.

This is the way I do things, Dettol soap and a shower, solves the problem.
