Default How to defend wrestling, thai boxing and boxing techniques

This site is an amazing resource, lots of step by step instructions for beating any of these martial artists.

You'd need to be seriously good to stop a determined wrestler like this guy.

No it's much more simple than that. You know when someone shoots in on you? Just punch them in the face. Job done.

Oh yeah and if someone kicks you? No problem! Just punch them in the leg. They'll be sure to think twice next time!

I'm speechless. His superior footwork and counters don't seem to address leg kicks, though.

"The “shoot” is a common attack in wrestling which is a sport. But using a shoot in real combat can be suicidal. You can kill or seriously injure an opponent attempting a shoot with a powerful strike on his head. To be merciful, you may stop him by breaking his collar bone."

    I can't believe this shit.

Tried punching someones shin to stop a 'thai boxers kick' tonight but didn't work out so well. I'm sure that was just my inferior technique, I will keep working my shaolin game.
