what days are the no-gi training?
It is never the falling that makes us fail.
It is never the pain or the crying.
You can never fail in life, my friend,
    Unless you give up trying.

Hi mate, No-gi was on a Friday at the pontcanna dojo but that has been put on hold at the moment.

There are no-gi classes available at Celtic Pride (Pedro Bessa) in Abertillery and as Jamie (Esputalho) has said training day and night there (the boys don't sleep). Also no-gi classes in Swansea.

If you want to do some no-gi in the days in Cardiff then we can organise ad-hoc outside of the normal classes ran by Pedro. I train most days as do some of the boys, gi / no-gi it's all Jiujitsu to me

drop me a PM if you want more info, more than welcome anytime.
