I just spent a fantastic day hanging out with top female black belt Gazzy Parman while she's staying in London.

She's here for a seminar at Roger Gracie Academy on Sunday - this Sunday 8th - everyone welcome, do come, her jiu-jitsu is pretty awesome!

Thanks mate, no the interview will be for one of the martial arts magazines in the UK, not sure which yet.
Wait for James' actualy photos, man he really is the bees knees with studio lit portrait photography.
