bhut jolokia/naga jolokia are the hottest thing I've eaten. I've found I can't eat half the spicy stuff I used to eat when I was younger now, used to cram all sorts of hot sauces down my neck when I was about 13!

I eat fucking jalapeños now and it gives me abit of a red ring in the morning
