Aye as long is its not twisting. Kneebars and straight achillies are cool.

its an old complaint I suppose, but I still reckon twisting ones should be in the advanced category

    Default competitor database

listening to feedback and due to the events that have occurred from our next event we plan on starting a competitors database logging the date at which competitors started training, this should help to reduce sandbagging going forward.

Bare minimum should allow toe hold even if not heel hooks for advanced.
    my personal opinion is:
    straight only for beginners
    + toe holds intermediate
    +heel hooks advanced

Foot locks are ignored too much in too many comps/schools imo. One BJJ black belt not allowed to perform a toehold on another because its too dangerous doesn't quite sound right to me.

Dont mean to just bitch, heard the comp was good and everyone has good things to say about it.

I had around 5 months training over 2 years ago. I've recently took it backup again and been doing it for 2 months.
Would this make me 7 months experience or 3 years?

I never entered btw...just curious in case I decide to enter any tournament in the future
