    endurance. when i used to lift weights i never realised how hard cardio was, gym i was at had 1 treadmill and 1 cycle bike and that was it for cardio lol. then i started doing cardio and jesus christ, if you're really pushing yourself it feels horrendous

    Strength.

    Pulling buses, lifting cars, cant beat it.

    The dudes that do it dont look amazing but feats of strength are da shit
