    Default sore ears

I've been doing mma for almost a year now (twice a week for 2 hours) and my favourite part is the grappling however recently my ears have really been starting to hurt. NOt usually during grappling but at other times like when i towel my hair dry, or getting my hair cut today when the barber moved my ears they really hurt. There's no obvious cauliflouring or bruising but i assume it's grappling related. It doesn't hurt on the very top or the lobe but any flicking or movement of the main bit or the ear is really painful.
    any one got any ideas?
    Thanks

Brute eat guards for the win. They saved me numerous times when I had my cauli in the INSIDE of my ear.
I used the slightly older version of this model...http://www.sugarrays.co.uk/shop/brut...ar-guards.html
    and they were shit hot!

Haha, we all have our fettish man. You should try and get older seasons stuff. I paid no where near that price for mine. Think I got mine for like 17 quid reduced from 32 cuz they were an older model.
