Yoga or Tai Chi?
Which do you think will help the most with tendon and joint strength and mobility?
would pilates not be any good?
Yoga. It's more about strength and stability.
Tai chi is more about forms and traditional fighting styles.
As above; Yoga is definately the way to go!!!
ive done weights and martial arts for over twenty years and done one yoga class (a mates mrs was teaching it and a few of us went to suppost/for a laff) the following day i could barely walk. every muscle in my body was aching. fuck that again lol.
Its got to be Yoga, great for improving flexibility for grappling
