hi, im thinkin of changing where i train but i want to go to a gym that will push me, i cant decide which is the best mma gym in essex. From what i have heard its between Ministry Of Martial Arts, and Team Sure Grip. Help please ?????

But then the same can be said for Sure Grip - Great coaches from what I've heard.
