This was a fantastic day and it is easy to see why Leo is one of the best in the world.
the techniques were brilliant and were crucial concepts into having a strategic game, i really enjoyed it and hopefully this will improve my game ten fold!
Also after rolling around with him i truly believe Leo has the definition of BJJ as i only felt technique and no strength whatsoever, where as i usually feel the person using strength to aid them with the technique
