Starting Tuesday November 2nd 6.30pm Lee Stingemore of Celtic Pride will be teaching Muay Thai at our gym
Classes will be tailored for all levels. So if you want to compete, grade or just keep fit there will be something for everyone
Lee is a very experienced coach with a fantastic reputation.
