I will be bringing in my Judo coach and 15 x national champion as well as Belgian, Swiss and Dutch open champion Ian 'Uchi Mata of death' Johns to teach a 2 hour seminar on the art of grip fighting, something that all the top BJJ world champions are doing and we NEED to invest in ourselves.

The seminar will be Sunday 5th December at Caged Steel gym Dewsbury WF12 9BJ, from 11am till 1pm with time for rolling after if needs be and will cover the following topics:

- different grips and there applications
- how to break grips
- how to dominate over your opponents grip
- right vs right, left vs right, left vs left grip variations
- gripping strategies
- gripping drills

...and im sure you will learn much more!

The cost is a mere £15 and im only allowing 20 people on this seminar to ensure that everyone is getting quality coaching.

*Ive already sold 5 places to people who dont even train at my club so hurry guys!

Its first come first served and i can accept cheque or paypal as payment, no paying on the day and once its full then the seminar will be closed.
