On Sunday, the 'Ground Control' No Gi grappling competition hosted it's 'Nationals' event at the Kings Battleground Martial Arts Expo in Nottingham, alongside the 'Grab and Pull' Gi orientated competition. After the show, organiser Jason Tan caught up with BritMMA to discuss how the day panned out.

"I think the UK was well represented in general. There were a lot of guys from the Midlands, but the great thing was that a lot of our regulars made the trip. We had teams from the South West, London and Scotland, so it was a national event. Next year it will be much better though. I feel we grow a bit more each time."
