Nice. Like the bit about Flow training at about 5.40 of the ego video, how the guy goes for the armbar but instead of applying it gives his sparring partner the chance to escape and try technique.

This is *erm* interesting. Seems to be a 60's / 70's Soviet Judo video with emphasis on newaza / ground work.

Check out the synth background music!! There is also some good instructional's in there if the staggered video does not bother you to much.
