Norwich Kickstop MMA Lands TOP BJJ BLACK BELT: Demetrius Ramos - Carlson Gracie.
Ramos is 2006 American National Jiu Jitsu Absolute Champion defeated all Black Belt challengers in all weight classes.

Ramos will be coaching Thur's from 2011.
Ramos class times will be BJJ - 6:30pm till 8:00pm and Sub Wrestling/No Gi - 8:15pm till 9:45pm.
