    Default 2011 Welsh Open - Sunday 6th March 2011



    REGISTRATION IS OPEN NOW: http://welshopen2011.eventbrite.com/

    The 4th Annual Welsh BJJ Open will be held on Sunday 6th March at Western Leisure Centre in Cardiff.

    Matted area will be provided by GMATT.

    Repercharge system will be in place so all competitors are guaranteed a minimum of two fights. Open weight divisions will be run dependant on time.

    6 juvenile entries already received so a good comp for any youngsters looking to compete

    Great warm-up comp for the British Open on 2nd/3rd of April too!

    a few of my young uns have already entered with a few more still to do so. be good experience for any kids involved in the sport

    Rob, any kids at super or ultra heavy? My little / big cousin only been training a couple of weeks but keen to get in there. I understand that 15 to 16 stone 15 year olds may not be in abundance!!

    2x -70kg are the heaviest so far. I guess we might be able to do some sort of open weight or something though.

    Pat Baker is up for it and I'm gonna try to get Mike from Swansea in. Other than that it's just Wagon I guess? Seniors anyway, I'm Masters.
