Can you explain the floor wipers? Can't get it on my phone.
I'm going to try this in work today.

Lie on the floor with arms extended outwards holding barbell as if doing bench press from the floor. Then do leg raises at an "V" angle as if your feet are touching each plate on the barbell. Both sides equal 1 rep. Sorry if this is too late a reply been busy.

Also with the pullups. Me best ever was 27 wide grip when I was 11 stone and I had to rest up for about 3 days after it haha. I'd be lucky if I could do about 15 chins nowadays.
I might look at this sometime in the future though just because it sounds so horrible. I'd hope to be getting into the sub hour mark haha.

16 minutes? .. not bad ii don't suppose.

Try 8 and a half Minutes by Russell Evans.. Witnessed by Chris Rees Gracie Barra Swansea.

8 minutes is Godly! The Man is a Warrior!

So on average he completed each exercise in 72 seconds? I'm not calling you a liar but I'd love to see a video of this before I believe it sorry!

    Cheers

Tried this yesterday, got 23mins 30 secs and my bro got 17mins 50 but am not sure how strict you have to be on form, if I'm being honest the form was slipping. It is a brutal workout and I am really feeling it in the whole upper body but particularly my abs. Getting up and down from the sofa is proving difficult!!!! Going to be doing this every week now and measuring progress, not looking forward to it much mind!
