Saturday February 5th - Seminar with Richard "Shaky" Shore starts 10am

Saturday March 12th, 12 til 3 - Rick Young, A chance to train with the best allround martial artist in the country - his stand up techniques are incredible, he's a 3 times BJJ senior world champion. The seminar will concentrate on MMA and BJJ.

Sunday June 12th 11 til 3pm - Iain Abernethy: One of the best applied karate men on the planet.

Saturday 24th September - Rick young returns

Sunday 6th November - Ian Abernethy returns.
