    "je suis prest" means "say hello to my little friend" i assume is said just before the shit

    hahahahaha it IS SERIOUS though.....this guy is out there 'teaching MMA' claiming to be doing it for years when he doesnt have the foggiest about the sport of MMA. He thinks by mixing martial art he is doing Mixed Martial Arts. But that is the 1993 way of thinking. Today the sport is basically a blend of the most proven effective combat arts in the cage, under unified MMA rules. He teaches finger locks, groin attacks and eye pokes!

    The greatest irony in all of this is that he actively shouts about how genuine he is and putting others down that are genuine.

    Here's a little gem someone told me he said about a BJJ instructor brown belt: "Why do these people teach MMA when they havent even mastered one art? He's not even a Black Belt"
