    Thank you for your hospitalty! Awesome class and hard training, as always. I nearly missed my flight & I'm walking around like an old man today, but it was great fun... You are all welcome to come train in Amsterdam (*no ganja on the mat*)...

    I hope we'll get a chance to roll Simon! I'm sure my boss'll send me back to London again... Training was great, Mark the Scotsman threw me into the ceiling...
