Wow. That is horrible. There are some fucked up people out there. A kid I went to school with was sent down for 13 years for kidknapping and torturing a rival drug dealer (pouring boiling water all over him, holding an iron on him, etc.). It turned out he'd got the wrong bloke. Some people say that everyone deserves a second chance. Stories like these make me think otherwise.

I met some bagladeshi 'drug king pin' here in East London and that guy had some nightmare stories. He named a number of shops (mainly food or milkshake outlets owned by young guys) which he claimed were simple laundering operations that had torture rooms in the basement. I don't think he ws kidding - he said that boiling water and iron thing was standard stuff and they did not care if they got the wrong guy etc -
