    when my cousin was in thailand he OD'd on red bull, like full on passed out struggling to breath caffine overdose.

    yeah i did that too lol, it was a bad night.

    bought a crate of 50 one time, regretted it as they were so strong, took me like a year to drink them

    I have a sup thats called Glycogenal , it promotes rapid glycogen filling and instant energy...
    I mix it with orange squash.

    I don't eat till after training normally (unless if classes start after 8).

    hip flask containing 15 year old glenfiddich single malt.
    don't take beer as it makes me feel too bloated during cardio - just the whisky and of course some water.

    There was a news story a while back about a cyclist who died after having 7 red bulls before a race. I think the stuffs banned elsewhere in europe.
