I dont do scared. I dont do bull shit either. Classic troll/bull shitter error. There aint no dan grades in mma!!! May well be a legit boxing guy and good luck to him if he is. He may well be a legit karate guy. ALtho you wont find much support in the mma community cos we all know its use in real fighting and or mma is limited at best. None of which makes him an mma coach.

You've been MIXING your drinks. Now bore off, theres a good troll.

It's a real shame Sensei Dave Owen won't get any support in the MMA community, that is not what I want at all. I want him to be revered as the super-dooper-UFC mixing-martial-arts-like-its-milk-n-nesquick world champion 5th dan man that he is

I get thai red bull, and m150 from a small chinese supermarket, there tends to be one in most big cities

they are normally pretty hard to notice, until you start looking for them

since I started looking I hace found 5 of them in edinburgh

they sell m150 for 50p a bottle, and thai red bull for 75p

have a look around your city, even try googling chinese supermarket and your location, thats how I found the first one in my area

Guarana! Addicted to the stuff. In moderation of course. I wouldn't put it alongside other energy drinks.. In fact, I'd rarely bring it to training. I just wanted to mention it.
