I think my mate has been there a few times, he was looking for somewhere to train, and he couldn't make it to Alba Dornadair due to the time it takes to get there etc. He's only been a few times and hasn't done any other training, so couldn't really make any kind of fair comparisons. I was skeptical because of the shit website and lack of info on the instructor, but he seems to like it. I've seen someone mention it on here as well.. they're called Cross Fit or something, previously Crazy Cow

People spoke about them here, I think the instructor is a purple belt http://www.cagewarriors.com/forums/s...s-in-edinburgh
The mind of the believer stagnates. It fails to grow outward into an unlimited, infinite universe.

Cheers. There is Rick Young's Academy that I have heard good things about, but Cross Fit trains every day for hours, whereas Rick Young's Academy only seems to do an hour a night which is pretty shit, plus pretty expensive. Do you train BJJ in Edinburgh? Recommend anyone specifically?

Its Cross Combat, the website is shite. Go along and check it out, I rate William Watsons coaching very highly.

    From the Facebook group.

"Costs depend on how much you train and how you pay.

1 Day Pass - £10 (This allows up to 6 hours training in one day).
Once a week/5 day passes per month - £25/£35 (by standing order/cash). This is obviously just a fiver a session. Very cheap.
Unlimited training - £50/£60 a month (by standing order/cash). So the more you train, the less you would pay 'per class'.

*£45 for students, homeless vagrants, the unemployed, and folks over 65*

There's over 30 hours of training available per week so if you're up to it, that's how much you can train. To join, you just show up with some cash and/or your bank details and say: "Hello, I'd like to join, please" and then you're on your merry way."
