Default Friday night BJJ rolling at Grip

Long shot anyone sees this in time, but can anyone confirm what time the Friday evening sparring class starts at Grip? Got a rare Friday night off work and want to head along but not sure if it starts at 6 or 7pm.

Do you have to be at pro/semi-pro level for the Friday sparring James?

Most of the guys rolling at 6 on a friday havent or wont ever compete in mma.

Basically just an open mat, turn up and roll.
