It's really no skin off my nose because I've never had a commercial link in my signature, but it seems a bit odd for certain people to be allowed to do things that no-one else can. Could someone explain the rationale for each of those exceptions please?

I agree. I bet there's a lot of Online MMA shops making a lot of money from the CW website.

(waits for various clothes shops to come on giving it the big one or do they only do it to a female mod?)

only messing , my only concern would be losing news people. I know it sais about a relationship with cagewarriors what would that consist of? I know Ian has always championed people posting news here especially in the days when popularity was down, so it would be a shame to lose somebody if they didnt meet a certain condition such as not having covered a cagewarriors event or somthing. Im just specualting what a relationship would be mind....

Fighters can link to a gym but what about coaches?

In answer to some of the Q's ,

    1. If your an Active coach working at a gym , fine you can put a direct link in your signature to the gym.
    2. If your a member of a gym no direct links, but you can write the name of the gym in text, no problem with that. ( but not a link )

I'm very aware this will give some of you lots to bitch about, you all have your own opinions and your welcome to them. Cage Warriors has been and still will be the heart of Uk MMA, the team here is working to take it to the next level but still
stay as open and helpfull as possible to fighters , gym's, mma info/news sites. Alot of commercial entities use Cage Warriors to advertise and get hits to their business's , but never once have they offered to return the same links or even say thank you.

Thank you to those that understand where we are coming from, and thank you for your support, see you Feb 26th for a beer
