Thread: Finding time to train...

    Default Finding time to train...

    With different commitments getting in the way i.e. - kids, girlfriends/wifes, work, cash, energy.....

    How do people keep themselves focussed and motivated?

    Is there people who train just cos they enjoy it, or do they need an ultimate goal in mind? i.e. - fight , belt grading....

    it keeps me fit and in good shape...I enjoy it , i am shit at other sports except table tennis. I am mustard at table tennis so be warned. WHen I was on holiday i destroyed everyone that stepped to the table !!

    I find I'm more focused and motivated if I'm training for a fight and have to make a weight limit.
