    Default Trouble Sleeping

Does anybody else have trouble sleeping after two training sessions a day?

I feel tired during the day but as soon as i get into bed it takes me roughly a hour to get asleep. I also have trouble sleeping on an empty stomach.

Any supps to help with this?

    Advice is appreciated

Get up earlier in the morning! :P

Seriously though, if I start having trouble sleeping, it's often an early sign that I'm overtraining.

Things that help for me (aside from reducing training volume)
    - Avoiding caffeine after lunch time
    - warm down and stretch well after the last training session
    - warm shower

If I'm not getting enough sleep at night, I'll try to nap during the day. Even 20 minutes or so helps. Seems counterintuitive, but a short sleep during the day sometimes seems to help me sleep better at night. Not sure why that would be, or whether it's just me though.

Thanks for the info Rosi (and congrats)

You know any info on the empty stomach problem? Im thinking of getting some casein protein and down a shake before I go to bed, hope this will help.
