Gymbox in westfield is probably the nearest to me so I'll probably give them a go. The real fight club does look good too, although a little far. I might email them both to see what they charge. If I get a load of bullshit sales bollocks instead of a straight answer then I'll try elsewhere.

yes! hook's gym, was going to suggest that place, but shamefully forgot the trainer's name he's brilliant, will point out your faults and fix them very fast if you listen well.
