How much training?
How much training would be considered too much training?
Cheers Daniel. If I'm training for a fight I usually train in the morning before work for a couple of hours.Then fitness and mma or striking at night monday to friday then 3-4 hours on saturday and sunday.
I train 3 times a day Monday-Friday and then just once on a Saturday and have a Sunday off, this is a lot and can be tough but I am sensible about things and listen to my body so if I need a day off I will have one.
If you want to train a lot it is very important that your nutrition and supplementation are spot on.
