Run of the mill accident....although the story goes that his girlfriend walked in on him doing it ( Trimming ) over the toilet after she told him not to because of the pubic hair displacement over the bathroom floor. this startled him and led to him putting a good cut into his sack which didnt stop bleeding for hours.
