I'm sitting here on reception all morning with a red nose on.

And bought a rise crispies cake for 25p.

    Yes
During comic relief tonight, I'll be going surrendering the TV to the wife and kids and going upstairs and watching UFC 7 & 8 on DVD.
I've donated some money, but I don't need to watch it.

doing a sponsored event at the local gym, £1 for £1minute in our home made cage. We are alleged to be getting every man and and his dog who has a "black belt" coming (believe it when i see it). Just basically padding up and letting the public T-off for charity. So far got over £200!

i'm not watching this because James Cordon will be on it at some stage, can't stand his fat fucking face. Contorting his chubby cheeks into a manicial grin, quickly turning to a vicious snarl if anyone takes the piss out of him. Egotistical deek. He should have retired after G+S. Hate that guy.

That said. I will donate some money. though won't watch it. I can't flick between deep sadness and raucous laughter. Not that anyone on it is funny. i ought to rephrase, 'i don't like some unfunny freak trying to entice giggles out of me, moments after seeing some terrible suffering overseas.'
