Thread: SFC 4 Preview with Steven Ray

  1. #1

Default SFC 4 Preview with Steven Ray

Here's the SFB Show preview of SFC 4: http://bit.ly/gXU5Lb

Steven Ray joins Stef Lach and myself to discuss the card, focussing on the title fights McVitie v Gray and Ray v Ward.

We're also planning another preview of SFC closer to the event.

*Scott Ward was supposed to join us for this episode, but I lost my phone Saturday night and hadn't told him the address for the recording. Couldn't get in touch with him before we recorded sadly, but definitely get him on some other time.

Open and honest interview by Ray. Refreshing to hear someone say what they're really thinking as many people actually say what they 'should' say instead of what they 'want' to say. Interesting comments on the stand up/conditioning of Ward!!

Great match up against Ward, who was in many peoples eyes a favourite until the recent results.

    Roll on SFC4!!

Scotty still is the favourite, if anyone wants any action on it I'm game.

I recon Scotts last fight just made it 100% harder for Stevie.

A tough one to call this one. I think Scott was hampered in his last by the 'cut' issue so it's hard to make a judgement on the performance. I agree that it is Stevie's hardest fight to date.

it will defo be my hardest fight to date, i know im the underdog and scott is fav to win so he better hope he can back up what he said in his interveiw and choke me out or knock me out because if not and if i dont finish him itl be a 25 minute war bring on the violence!!
