People who bang on about "haters"

Do you find yourself hating them for no other reason than their incessant comments about haters? I do love a good bit of irony.

I know this lad who has recently started commenting on Facebook about his "haters" and how he's not arsed etc. etc. but all I'm wondering is where this ego has come from? He just sounds like a bell end, talking up reasons for people to be jealous or something There is literally nothing for anyone to hate or be jealous of, it's embarrassing.
