After being pretty confused and overwhelmed by the information online, I decided to develop some supplements specific for Martial Artists and Combat Athletes.

30 days a ago I started to test them and recorded all my meals and S&C sessions over the period I ended up losing 4.4kg (just under 10lbs) whilst keeping my muscle size almost constant - therefore my lean muscle mass increased as did my power to weight ratio.
