do a practise cut. leaving your first cut until the day before a fight is crazy (although many of us learned the hard way)

What Leigh said. Although 3 weeks doesn't leave you a lot of time.

The grappler's guide to sports nutrition gives a good basic explanation of how to do a cut. You'll fine tune it yourself with time and experience.

    Hi PrettyBoy,
3 weeks are very small time period to cut weight and you should adopt healthy way to cut weight.
For me do practice cut. People got dizzy or weak after following unhealthy ways to cut weight quickly.

    Hello PrettyBoy,
Do increase the amount of raw food more in your diet plan.
Drink 2 glass of water before every meals will also help. Keep exercising and practicing for better and quick results.

Dont leave it to your final week. Train and more train it off starting now, you wont need to not eat/no water it off. Thats what I do.
