Booking on ch480 on Sky

Your viewing card must be in the box and the box switched on when we send your signal - make sure you get your number ready before you call

Have your payment details ready - we accept visa, visa debit, mastercard and direct debits

If you have used Primetime before and have your phonline connected to your box you can book through the box office menu

If you have any issues check our contact us form on the website, or call customer services directly - you may have to wait in a queue for a short while

Booking on Virgin

Just book through the 'On Demand' menu if you have any issues contact Virgin Media customers services on the usual methods

Booking the online stream

If you have used the online streams before login at the top of the buy page first

Once you have purchased login opens at 6pm tonight
