    Default Alex Reid + MMA in Birmingham May 21st and 22nd

    Its only 5 weeks to go until May 21st and 22nd at BodyPower in Birmingham. Will a full cage competition, featuring GI and Non GI competitions run by Fighters Only Magazine and Ground Control. Alex Reid will be making an appearance at it. Its a great show and I can't wait with over 25,000 visitors expected at the show and loads of strength & conditioning coaches, training advice and nutrition companies present.

    I can't wait, just wanted to see if everyone else was going too.
