    Simon at Grimsby is really good coach done a seminar with him myself, well worth a bash even if you can take one thing from techniques he shows, very slick and very fast transitions.

    Not hating on Bravo in that his half guard stuff and also some of his rubber guard stuff is really good.

    However you would be better served doing "normal" BJJ, Marcelo Garcia has arguably one of the most effective no gi games around and I have never seen him use "hotdog water homicide hemophiliac control"
