    hit the gym at 0900.......trained bag work, kick and punch combos then 3x5 min rounds....neck strength exercises at the end........weighed myself today and im 82.400kg same as last weigh in 2 weeks ago,,,,no surprise there as my diet was shit last week, though its been back on track this week.........

    ok.....after days of searching the internet for training gyms to fit my timeatable, location and wants/needs lol....ive got a plan together! well for 4 weeks anyway (untill my operation)....ive also realised that Ian Freeman is opening a gym within 6 miles of me in the not to distant future which ill probably have a look into when its open......BUT untill then this is what im aiming for the next 4 weeks starting 11/07/11......

    Week A (6-2)
    M-p.m(afternoon) strength (my local gym) p.m Kickboxing (my local gym)
    T-p.m mma (fight pit) never been so itl be new to me
    W-p.m boxing (fight pit)
    Th-p.m mma (fight pit)
    F-p.m(afternoon) strength (local gym) p.m boxing (fight pit)
    sat/sun-rest

    Week B (2-10)
    M-a.m strength and condition (local gym)
    T-a.m BJJ (the lab) this is at Darlington, so its some hike but hopefully worth it.
    W-a.m kickboxing/self defence (fight pit) dont know if this is suitable? wul see.
    Th-a.m BJJ (the lab)
    F-a.m strength and condition (local gym)
    sat/sun-rest

    dont know what shift ill be starting on so not sure if week A or B will be first.

    hopefully i can stick to this, its going to be a lot of miles for my little car! ha

    mma 1500-1600....at local gym,,,,only 2 people in the class today, we touched on self defence.....wrist locks, arm locks, how to defend kicks standing and how to defend when on the floor.........good lesson though more on street defence than mma.

    Well i went for my induction today for new job and i have been given night shift!......so i am well pleased lol............fuck me, i have to change my plan of training again! but im happy to do this.

    hit the gym at 0700......for a strength training session upper body (had to make it quick) so not the best...

    Kickboxing 1915-2045.....punching combinations on the pads and med ball and punching drills.

    hit the gym at 0730.....i had an intense condition workout, with explo jumps,tyre hits,ropes, skips,chains.....

    hit the gym at 0830.....i trained bag work, kick and punch combinations, concentrating on my form.

    hit the gym at 0930, i trained lower body strength, with squats,deads,lunges and farmers walks...also did some core work tiger and bear crawls and some explosive jumps.......had a hard but good workout.

    Yesterday 1500-1600....mma at my local gym, we trained kick and punch pad combinations, then moved on to grappling from the knees, no punches to head and light body shots alowed. There were 4 in the class including instructor....we sparred with each other, the first bloke i came to a stale mate, he couldnt sub me and i couldnt sub him (hes been doing a few months longer than me) , the second bloke i dominated, tapped him about 6 times he didnt get me once, and lastly i had my instructor who dominated me (and he wasnt really trying lol) he tapped me about 6 times......really loved that lesson!

    week ending 10/07/11......my training in brief
    Monday-A.M Strength upper body workout P.M Kickboxing 1.5 hours.
    Tuesday-Condition workout
    Wednesday-REST
    Thursday-Bag Work/technique
    Friday-Strength lower body workout
    Saturday-MMA...stand up combos and grappling
    Sunday-REST

    If anyone has any questions on anything please ask.....

    I start my new job tonight so i should have money to start proper training! yes!
