week ending 13/11/11......my training in brief
weight=12st 6 lbs still!!...pretty pissed at that lol stuck to my diet exactly! tho ive been on holiday from work so maybe wasnt burning as much calories,,,anyway continue for another week. my Gi arrived this week so looking forward to using it on monday, i didnt start kickboxing as planned but hope to this thursday.

Need to pull myself together and get back in fighting training!! no excuses!
