Nutrition help, money query?
Hi guys i need some help and im curious and i dont want to seem rude but how much does everyone spend on there food and supplements each month cause im starting to try and sort my diet out but it seems expensive, so how much do u spend on them each month and do u buy for each day or buy for the full week/month?
I spend a fortune on food as i have a family of four to feed on my wages mate, but one word for you....
ahaha thanks mate and also whats the deal when people say they only eat the egg white and stuff? whats wrong with the yolk and how do they seperate it and how to they cook it? fry, scramble, poach? and i always thought eggs are high in cholestral and u shuouldnt eat that many
You know what, mate, I use four basic essentials which really helps me with training. Flahavens porridge from Asda. 1.5 kg bag for about 1-60. It's not the quick cook stuff, decent tasting porridge. great carbs and protein. Eggs (as Dave mentioned). You can just crack an egg over your cupped hand and let the white run through your fingers into a bowl and stick the yolk into a seperate dish. Unless you're dieting, put 2yolks inwith 5-6 whites. A protein packed omelette. Also, sunflower seeds for essential good fats and vit E and packed with protein (I don't use them as main source of protein btw, they great for a snack and to bump up calories. There is deal in H&B at the moment, 500grams I think for about 2-69. and Basic 500ml plain low fat yoghurt, 50pence a tub. Just over 300 cls a tub and 24 grams of protein.
I always that food which contain the carbohydrates and nutrition. I appreciate you to share a such nice information about the nutrition and proteins.
